The DS-10 is already very limited but you are really pushing the envelope with this song. Great job! 8-)

Re: Having Sax with the Korg DS-10

Excellent work, reminds me of the SNES sax bank. (Chrono Trigger!)

Grrrreat!

Re: Race, no warp zones (nes sound)

that screaming noise is a classic 8 bit whistle used in a lot of sports and to represent time over in some games. Cool, didn't know that! I agree the bass notes could use a tiny bit more work - listening with headphones and there's just a little "oomph" missing in the lower registry. Again, great j...

M10: Restart loop when no more samples in step sequencer?

I have a song with just a couple of samples placed in the step sequencer.

However, when loop mode is disabled the M10 seems to continue to steps that have no blocks laid out.

Is there a way to make the M10 loop correctly (detecting that the track is "finished" and restarting playback?)

Aside from the "screaming" noise, this is a really rad track! :D

Two? So if I want to record 4 DS'es I'd need two of these? Also, can I pl...

Re: M01 Sound Change Hack

This is very interesting, and it's impressive how the samples for the M01 are 16-bit PCM 44.1 khz!

If we could extract the times where every sample ends and a new one begins from the ROM, we could make a program to change the samples. :)

Greetings from Sweden!

Found this wonderful place the other day.

Been playing a lot with the DS-10, and discovered the M01 a couple of days ago - totally in love!

Still catching up on all the forum goodness, lots of great stuff here.

Cheers!
