Re: The huge forum crash....
Yeah I have noticed that. It seems to happen more randomly, not necessarily in relation to how fast you navigate around. For example, once it happened to me when I was navigating to the site for the first time that day. Cheers, thanks for reporting this. I drew the same conclusion. I hope my host w...

Re: The huge forum crash....
Did you guys notice errors like "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE?" on the forum now?
I'm discussing with my host what this could be. I think they tightened the security too much, so if you click to fast through the forum it sometimes blocks you :\.

The huge forum crash....
Dear people, friends, synth nerds... Wow, It's been something like 3 years now, and I still don't know what exactly happened. And I'm so sorry I didn't find the time and energy to fix this earlier! Story. Late 2014, DS10forum.com possibly got hacked, in any case it crashed and lost most of its posts...

It interested me a lot for a while, but it seemed discontinued indeed.

Re: Keyboard Advice
You could look into a cheap FM synth, like the DX100. It has microkorg size keys though...
DX9
maybe too hard to find them around 200 dollars. Perhaps there are even cheaper models.

Re: CardiacTrance / Passion and Love
You are right about it being straight-forward in your face latin house, but I think that fits just fine actually. To me the kick doesn't sound too loud, very cool percussion as well. You can't get the rhythm much more refined and subtle on the M01 I think. At least if you want to keep it latin house...

Nitrotracker can sample too, by importing samples or by using the microphone, very nifty

A lite version most likely. I got that with my Zoom recorder too I think (which can also serve as a USB audio interface by the way).

Very relaxing song! Nice chord progressions, a very pretty lo-fi aesthetic in all the tones and pretty piano near the ending!
