Jam Session

Some friends have invited me to jam with them tomorrow and we have agreed that I should use Korg ds-10 (not +). There will be a bass player and an electric guitarist and we are open to different styles of music. My knowledge of synthesizers is fairly limited as it has recently become a hobby of mine and I would like to know if anyone has any tips for composing and improvising with Korg ds-10 live.

Well it's a little after June 10th, but get to know how do pull up a cool mode on the KAOSS pad. And you can make some mid range ambient noise to go wit the guitar and bass by making a little loop of 16th notes and turning the delay WAY up, to make it just sound like ambient noise.
