Is this ineffective?

Post by SS7117 » Mon Jul 11, 2011 10:11 pm

I mainly produce dubstep and dnb, and therefore use alot of wobbles in my music. However i feel like my method for creating them is ineffective. I create the wobble sound by messing with attack, release, and sustain. i see that alot of people make wobbles by setting mg wave settings and then change tempo using the freq knob. ive been pretty alright with my method but i cant get those sudden changes in frequency and tempo, such as that in Harley's music.
"hey this is my signature, it's not part of every post I make." lol

Hi, have you tried to click on the little 3 in the KAOSSPAD window, and then set X and Y to MG-Freq and Cut Off / Peak? And then play and record the kaosspad?

Your method might be ineffective but maybe it sounds good/different. Show us please.
