Definately gonna use this sometime :)
When producing music not on the ds-10 i like to layer real samples with electronic ones to get a fatter sound, ill have an experiment with layering on the ds now !
DS-10 Producers that I have seen live:
AuxPulse, Critical Strike, DS-10 Dominator

(I will travel the world and add a lot more to this list one day)

Glad you like em. Learned a lot about drum synthesis making these.

Funny you should mention electronic drums. While writing my track for Dominators comp I stumbled upon a very nice sounding tr-808 cowbell sound so I now plan on doing an 808 kit too. Should sound nice layered on the ds-10 plus, if only I had one.

What I often do is layer a higher pitched kick under a snare. Gives so much more punch. Especially the punch you need in DnB and Dubstep, etc. For electro or house sometimes a nice smooth clap is effective enough.

Definitely the most realistic snare I've heard from DS10. Nice work!

Thanks. I'm real proud of that snare. It was 50% planned 50% accident.
