Quite nice oriental sounding melody but it began to grate by the end., I like the choir bit at the end.

I should have spent more time on the melody and given it more variation . . . but was just playing around with my new recording kit

Nice! The sounds starting at 00:45 it's very "Depeche Mode- like"!
It's a little bit monotonous, but towards the end, when the song reach the chorus, becomes very pretty!

It's an old -time fiddle tune fromt he appalachian Mountains but it really reminds me of Breton (French) Fest Noz Dance music - If you've never been to a Fest Noz in Brittany - Everyone does it! it's like big snake Folk dance where you link little fngers wiht the person next to you and you concentrate on getting the steps right wiht your feet - quite often there is an occasional Strong off beat or the music is in 5/4 time - beginners can trip up easily butit's great fun! Sometimes they play the same Melody for 20+ minutes with some slight variations. . .

I wasn't too happy with the vilin sound in this - it feels a little muted and non-evolving - I'll work on it - I think I've got it sorted for my next track. . .
