Nice groove!

parts are sort of

1 2 3 1 2 1 2

and other's in a more clear

1 2 1 2 1 2 3

it's all about the accents, they're especially very imporant in 7/8 music

Nice track, keep em coming :)!

Experienced traditional Macedonian music last year, also very funky 7/8 :D

Ooh, interesting. That was my first time messing around with a 7/8 time signature. I'm glad that it worked. ^-^
I'll keep that tip about the accents in mind; that's really helpful. :)

Hey everybody. I've posted a new little tune. Check out Voice(Korg DS-10 Recreation).
I tried to recreate a song on the Korg DS-10+ using Dual Mode. I think... it's pretty close, right?
I also made a guitar sound, which I think is pretty awesome. :D
There are silly flanger noises in there too. Oh well. xD

the guitar is cool, a little cheesy at the beginning, but mixes in with the other parts well later in the song.

lullaby is great as well.

Thank you, bryface and trnsprnt! Both of your comments are confidence boosting. :D

I've uploaded another song. This time it's a Korg DS-10+ cover of a Deadmau5+Chris Lake w/ Michael Woods song.
I didn't do so well in the middle part... I just did some knob twisting in song mode. -_- Any tips on the cutoff?
Check out the original song too. I've provided a link with my song description. :)

EDIT: Aha, okay. I think I found a way to fix it. I'll upload the fixed version tomorrow when I get back from school.
But still... How do you increase cutoff through four patterns? ._.

Bloody amazing work! I haven't listened to all yet but i will do :D

I notice in Practice1 you've got something that sounds very similar to sidechain compression which is very impressive! I'm guessing you automated the volume or filter with the kaoss xy. It makes it sound really pumping.

Btw. If you want to open the filter over 4 patterns you can use a slow lfo or a slowly opening envelope if the notes can be legato'd together. Haven't checked the original track but its the only way in ds-10.

Thank you for the comments and tips, Chris! :) I'll try your techniques and mess around with until I get it right. It might be a while. xD

Lol, well, I have another quick little tune to share with everybody! I've been covering quite a lot of songs, lately. ^-^
This song is 'Jounetsu no Daishou (情熱の代償) (Shinichi Osawa Remix)' by GIRL NEXT DOOR.
I was sitting in the car on a trip one day, and I thought I should try covering this song. Actually, I've decided to cover the ending of the piece. I composed this one today... less than 4 hours.
Anyway, please enjoy. ^-^

EDIT: I Said (Micehal Woods Remix) (Korg DS-10+ Cover) has been uploaded. I fixed a few things and rearranged a bit. (:
